My last visit is now questionable… they put on front tires that I had to purchase elsewhere (they were helpful in suggesting an online tire shop to have shipped there to the dealership). After having to have more work done elsewhere, it was pointed out to me that this dealership stripped the lug nut on the passenger side tire and didn’t inform me of the issue! Michael handled the service like a pro and I couldn't have been happier! The best part was the EXTRA cool head turner Levante I got to drive while my Ghibli was being worked on which was an epic experience! Lol, now I know what my next Maserati will be when it's time to turn in my little beast of a ride!
