Found a hornets nest by my parking space today, and Pablo was kind enough to zap them away!! He came by immediately after I sent in my maintenance request & also replaced my AC filter! Thank you so much for taking care of both requests so promptly. I sure appreciate it! Thank you! JJ

Good luck if your AC is broken. Show them evidence and they'll ask for more after they go in and cant diagnose a problem. Apparently, contacting a contractor needs copious amounts of evidence over multiple days because even though this is a "luxury living" complex, they cant spend a dime on anyone having an issue beyond the norm and need multiple days/weeks of an AC not working to do anything. Brought my clients here to tour this community & they were highly unhelpful. We set up a guided tour & all they did was point to a QR code. No welcome, no greet, no introduction. No one was with tenants or prospective clients either. While trying to figure out this QR code for the tour we had multiple system issues & when we asked if there was any other way to possible expedite this or make it easier in respect to my clients time, they just said no, you have to us this QR code.
