Don't move here. I've been living here for a year now and the quality of this complex has declined. I used to enjoy living here. However, now that there are new residents, things seem to get worse. Some of these residents don't understand how to be respectful! And it seems like the staff doesn't care at all. For instance, there used to be a security guard or someone at the front desk I could call at night if I needed something, but now there isn't. i have absolutely nothing good to say about these apts. the staff is horrible and the management is even worse.

Among all of the other great apartment choices in the local area Boardwalk is probably the biggest rip off. Boardwalk appears to offer great amenities such as swimming pool, fitness center, theater, etc; however, tenants have limited access to these amenities. Tenants do not have the ease of mind knowing that they are secure because the majority of the time the security gates are broken. The staff at Boardwalk do nothing to make tenants’ stay pleasurable at all, they simply try to squeeze every dime out of you. So think twic... read more

These apartments are ok if you are coming straight from the dorms, but other than that, I'd say no. The management is absolutely horrible and take no responsibility. My roommates and I have had so many problems we would have loved to have gotten out of our lease early, but unfortunately that couldn't happen. If you're used to decent service, don't live here.

Hello, I am a student who is moving into a new place for the first time. I used to live in dorms but now I have the opportunity to a have a place where I will not be having to move in and out constantly. Boardwalk has many amenities to offer new residences like: fully furnished living space, plus everything is included in a great price (call boardwalk) plus other areas like swimming pools and two hot tubs and that's not all, there is so much more ! Call or come by boardwalk to experience my new place and it can be yours too!

Boardwalk has really nice amenities for their residents! Movie theater in the clubhouse which blew my mind! Work out room, tanning and a really big nice pool. Summer is fun there because the management have parties and cookouts and different things. You do have to share an apartment with three other people but my roomies ended up to be pretty nice and for the money I enjoyed my lease their while I was at USM.
