Was absolutely disgusted with this building. I asked about bugs before my son was moving in was guaranteed no bugs. Upon unpacking the first load of boxes we discovered cockroaches in the bathroom cupboard. So not impressed. Clearly the move was canceled. Its now the 20th of the next month and still haven't had my money returned. Have phoned repeatedly but other than once no one ever answers the phone. $1200 a month for one bedroom. Front door has a bullet hole in the frame. Mailboxes broken into regularly.
Everything is satisfactory and recomended to include service,order and very responsive to the needs of tenants . Employees are very kind and caring. Thank you Boardwalk.
