Like everyone says this place is crappy , getting repairs and maintenance is a headache and the manager gossips about other tenants and is extremely rude only wants rent. Mold, roaches and things falling apart with no real resolution is what you’re paying for, pool is open 5% of the time .
Worst apt ever! Roaches and Roaches and Roaches, manager is never in. She just wanna collect a nice fat $2000 check from people and call it a day! She an opp and think a mesh screen devalues the apt as if it’s barely a half star. Moving out asap. And everyone else can too. In the agreement, this has to be a livable place and well maintained and it’s neither. Legally you can get out of your lease. You’re welcome
