If you want bed bugs crawling in from the neighbors outlets, or for termites to fully eat apart cabinets, or for $600 dollar heating bills (PER MONTH) in winter, THIS is the place for you! They seriously skimp on doing upkeep. I stayed a few years and every month you have to keep your food out on the table so they can spray for bugs. That's the entire complex, and they fine you if you miss anything. Apartments hired contractors that do whatever they want. Allowed my apartment to stay opened for hours with no front or patio doors while anyone can walk in and out. The contractors left my apartment to work on others. The apartment manager was extremely rude and insensitive to my request. She advised that they cant tell them what to do or how to do it so I would have to wait. Holes in gate where homeless people or druggies can walk through the apartment complex. Homeless people digging and climbing into the trash can.

I have had bad experiences with the manager Hillary since the beginning. Shes very disrespectful and unprofessional. She placed my rent under someone elses account and when i showed them my money order receipt and that it had been cashed they still left me to figure out their mistake thank God the other person came in and paid there rent. She had one of my cars towed then lied and said there was a sticker on it but the tow compay said there wasn't a sticker on it when they got there. I do not like the Boardwalk Apartments. We had bed bugs after moving into the apartment and had to use there exterminator at a $500 charge. It took 4 months to get rid of the bugs. The parking is not adequate and there where two vehicles that had windows shot out and one vehicle had a window broken out. The 24 hour courtesy patrol is a joke. Maintence was slow to respond.
