I had a wonderful experience exploring Boardwalk Apartments. I actually accidentally dialed the wrong number and connected with Greg from the home office instead. Even though it was a misdial, he took the time to speak with me about the community. He shared how important it is to live in a place you can truly call home, which really stood out to me. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Shayne, who gave me a wonderful overview of both the property and the surrounding neighborhood. I was pretty impressed by the generous home sizes and the top-tier amenities available. The overall environment was fairly clean and accessible. This is our third year living in boardwalk apartments. Renovated, modern and bright apartment. Staff are nice and helpful. Recently we raised service ticket for our dishwasher. Miguel was very skilful and efficient.

Miguel and Gonzalo from the maintenance team are very responsive and solve the problem in our home very quickly. Recently our refrigerator was noisy due to ice build-up, they quickly identified the problem and replaced ours with a new one. I really appreciate their hard work!
