Its a nice place. Management sucks, if anybody lives above you can hear them walk around. The train is super loud and was told youll get used to it they pass word through a news letter and if your not around to read it they get mad at you because there having somebody pressure wash the basement. What a mistake moving in. Cant wait to get orders to move out

I was recently there to sign a lease and was very excited about moving in. Only an hour or two before I was to drive ( all the way from Milwaukee) to the apartments, I got a phone call from the manager saying that there was a rule that she over looked so we arent able to move in. I think this should have been brought up earlier rather than having us gather all the necessary materials and money and having our hopes being crushed! Arent mangers suppose to know this prior? I lived at the Boardwalk from 2004 till 2008, I will honestly say it was a very nice place to live. Lots of activities, things to do and the Staff Vivian and Christy were always so pleasant and excellent to deal with. I would recomend the boardwalk to anyone. Bob Burns
