Absolutely love this site and Asia the manager is the best! So nice and so good at communication! Great place to live!
A few months ago I was legally parked in a designated handicapped space when Aza openly screamed at me with extreme anger. She then incited and allowed others outside the building to verbally harass me, creating a hostile and threatening environment that could have lead to me being physically attacked. I feared for my safety and contemplated contacting the police. This episode exacerbated my autism symptoms and has had a tangible negative impact on my employment and overall well-being. I honestly believe Asia is genuinely concerned about the residents here. For me personally she initiated two service calls for a wasp problem. My air conditioner and kitchen flooring were 10.5 years old and both got replaced. She went over and above for our Night to Unite event. Signed: a blessed resident
Boardwalk is a very nice senior and disabled community in a quiet, leafy neighborhood just a few blocks from downtown Wayzata. It is surrounded by trees, wildlife, and beautiful Heritage Park just out the north door. Across the street from the park is Lunds & Byerlys, a Walgreens, a UPS store, a pet store, and much more. I have lived here for 14 months. One of the reasons I moved in was be they had cameras. They are there but they're "not turned on." There are packages stolen almost on an everyday basis. Management does nothing about any incidents or complaints. Very low moral here.
