i just learned they removed water being included in my rental agreement after i renewed my lease. I was also given a renewal option to pay 400$ more than what was advertised on their website for a similar unit in the building.
The management company is terrible to deal with and once they lock you in, they take advantage by withholding amenities and increasing the rent. Way better places to live.
Terrible company. Starts off with a fresh cost of paint and a decent deal - rent will increase drastically while amenities decrease. Pest infected buildings.
I lived at Boardwalk for four years, I moved and came back to my home, Boardwalk nine months later. When I came back, I was greeted so warmly by the staff, as well as the people living at Spruce Ridge Garden, and I was truly touched. The Manager, John Abraham, was so helpful, kind and extremely professional. He brought customer service to a whole new level! A type of customer service that you don’t see that often anymore!
