I wanted to do something special for Father's Day so I made an appointment online at the Boardroom. I booked the First Time Client Benchmark service. I ended up calling to see what was included in the service to make sure I made the right decision and I am glad I did. Since my fiance' is bald, the hair cut service was not needed so the young lady changed the service to a bald shave that included the spa services and she said the amount was going to be cheaper than what I booked. He was great, I had a great experience especially since I haven’t had a real cut in almost 20 years. He held great conversation asked questions and made the experience as comfortable as possible
Lynn is an excellent stylist. Her exceptional service made my first visit a very enjoyable one. Before my appointment, I was a little concerned about the price. However, given all that was provided as part of the Benchmark service, I received good value. Most importantly, I walked out feeling good - both about my haircut and because of the other services. Ike was wonderful and did an amazing job. Will definitely be back
The experience was nice and I had no complaints there. My issue was with the haircut itself. My hair was left uneven on the sides and the back. My taper fade was uneven as well one side was higher than the other. Could’ve been better for the price.
