Just to build on Michael’s review below from the client perspective - the work looks really neat and is holding up well over the past few weeks of Manchester weather since completed. It ended up costing more than the original quote because it was more work than Dave originally thought it would be. Thank you

We had a really bad leak in our flat roof which had been an issue for a couple of years. We live in a really old, listed building and previous contractors had failed to resolve the issue fully. Dave came along and found a more permanent solution to the issue. He was informative and provided a detailed quote, and when things didn’t go as planned, he quickly found a new solution to ensure that he provided the service as promised. As a woman on her own who’s been ripped off a few times over the years, finding a honest tradesman means a lot. David did the job with no fuss and sent me pictures of the repair. Would recommend boardman roofing, they came round and had a look at suspect damp/ ventilation issue. Work was carried out in a good time and to a high level and also inspected full roof and gave us suggestions on what would help. Good prices and very friendly.
