David was an absolute treasure of a home inspector! The home I bought had a lot of issues, and David made sure I was aware of all of them. He spent extra time discussing these issues with me during the inspection as well as afterwards. He is very professional, polite, and obviously cares about his clients and doing a quality job. He definitely saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend to anyone that needs a thorough home inspector!
David is an old school inspector. No upselling. One price gets you everything you need. He spent 3 hours going through a 2000 sq ft home. You may find someone cheaper, but I can’t imagine finding anyone better.
