David is an old school inspector. No upselling. One price gets you everything you need. He spent 3 hours going through a 2000 sq ft home. You may find someone cheaper, but I can’t imagine finding anyone better.
David did a meticulous job on our home inspection. Very courteous, punctual and professional. I highly recommend David for anyone looking for top notch home inspection and detailed report with photos.

Dave was amazing! He did a thorough and complete inspection and evaluation on a property at which we were looking.
