Dave was amazing! He did a thorough and complete inspection and evaluation on a property at which we were looking. His report was organized, categorical, specific , extremely detailed, informative, clear as well as giving insightful knowledge and education into each item. It was, without reservation, the most comprehensive report I’ve ever read. We are extremely grateful for him and his professionalism . Highly recommend him !!! Never consider a house without him !
