This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed it. It's been about a year since I've stayed there so I don't remember everything that was bad... but there was a lot. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before staying but the ones that are bad are all 100 percent right. As soon as I got there there was no one in the parking lot. That was my first bad sign. READ THE REVIEWS ON ONLINE RESERVATIONS BEING CANCELLED! We had a very pleasant experience with this hotel back in 2024 when we stayed there for a weekend event. We booked via Expedia and had no issues. We booked way in advance for 2025. My daughter booked a reservation here and was denied when she showed up. According to many reviews this seems to be a common practice for them. Beware...
I booked a room just 4 weeks ago online and when i arrived the woman behind the desk said that they didnt have a room for me. She said they no longer accepted online bookings. Said they hadnt taken them for 5 month. She was extremely rude and just gave a shrug ehen i told her that i had a confirmation number and didnt get any sort of email saying they weren't taking online reservations. I had a online reservation from a booking website and when we got there we noticed the name had changed. So when we tried to check in I was told there was no reservation under my name and she wasn't accepting any previous bookings from the old hotel name!!! She wasn't helpful at all and just pointed at a paper taped up with the old hotels number for refunds!
