This workout is THE BEST and I know what I’m talking about! I have done Pilates, Barre, Yoga, traditional gym workouts, weights, exercises classes and NOTHING compares. Board30 gets it done in 30/45 mins and you will feel the burn!! Natalie and Eli and the whole team are amazing people and instructors. It’s the highlight of my day, everyday that I make class. Come join us!!!

Natalie and Eli are gracious hosts at this clean, welcoming gym-like workout space. They managed to make a popular franchise feel local and cool. The method itself is extremely invigorating, toning, and energizing. I have been looking for something like this. Working with resistance bands in a group setting was the perfect way to set the “tone” for my visit. Highly recommend!
The owners are fantastic people as well as great teachers! The classes are fun and a GREAT workout. They are always striving to include new fun ideas and I love it!
