If I could I'd give the place -\-\-\-\0000000 stars. We were sold an office trailor from this company and we were lead to believe there would be no issue turning this into a home for my family and I. At no time were we told this would not pass inspection and would not be legal. In fact they gave us a paper breaking down cost for HVAC, footer, septic, plumbing, skirting ect. After watching my best friend and his girlfriend not have their mobile move in ready for over 6 months this is a terrible place to buy a mobile. They have spent so much in mortgage for the new mobile and rent trying to get it done. The owners wife only works about 3 hours a day. Nothing gets done. I hate seeing him go through this but learned from him spend a little more and get taken care in a quarter of the time. Just cause it’s cheaper in beginning doesn’t mean it will be that at the end. Terrible!
RecommendedStarting rentals with New mobile homes. Amy was so helpful all the way. When the bank was too complicated, she had financing for us that same week. Very knowledgeable and helpful the whole way through. Also Dale made sure and did everything to perfection with our septic and getting tanks, running lines on pretty complicated two acres. And Dale was also more than awesome handling the guy at septic office when he flew off the handle and yelling and cussing everyone just trying to do their job. Great duo!! My husband and I have a wonderful experience with Board of Trade. Amy is great! She’s helped us from beginning to end. From getting the right mobile and options to all the complicated paperwork with the mortgage company. Very easy to work with, and definitely buying more from them as we keep adding rental properties.
5 stars! Amy, in fact all the staff, were very kind, helpful and patient with me. I am very satisfied with my home, the crew that did the delivery and set up were also very prompt & professional. EVERYONE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GROUP!! Started out loving them, We bought a new home through Board of Trade and hired them to set on our land. We have had NOTHING BUT TROUBLES since the house was brought out and set by their preferred handlers. Now I have a home with sewage issues because they didn't do their due diligence of setting it right for proper flow. I feel like they just took my money and ran once the house got dropped off.
