They need to change their 24-hour emergency number. None of my water or hot water is working and that number does not work. They are closed for 3 days. I need someone to come out and fix this.
This company is the definition of Greed. They will cut your water off if you are a day late without notice. And then will charge you almost double your water bill for a reconnection fee which is 50$. This is not legal and they do not follow state law. A lawyer will be contacting this company soon.
We have always been pleased with macedonia water service and with gaffney board of works until now. Payment was due yesterday, and with NO WARNING, they came out today and cut the water off and bill was only $23.00. SO now to cut it back on, there is a $50 fee. This is more than two times the actual bill. HELLO PEOPLE!!!
Not even 24 hours late paying my bill. I woke up for work and my power was disconnected. I worked a 10 hour shift yesterday and forgot to pay my bill, wake up today to no power and a $50 fee. I've lived all over the country and this public works is the absolute worst. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
Absolutely worse company ever will disconnect you over $1 dnt care if it's winter months they have no heart and will leave you in the dark no matter what you say, their extension are pathetic and u only get a few a year God forbid we go belly up like in 2020 u will still be responsible for that bill, wish I could give zero stars
