These people are super fast to turn your water off without even leaving a notice. $50 turn back on fee is absolutely ridiculous. They can overcharge and do this because they know you have to have water. We need competition in Cherokee County. These people lie they’ll say that they called etc., etc. to remind you of your bill being due, but they do not know email no notice on gate no notice in mailbox. They’re a bunch of liars.
Thankful for the Board and their employees. Over the years I’ve witnessed them spend countless hours away from their families to ensure that mine had power and water restored as quickly as possible.

My bill went way to high for not reason. They said they went to send someone to look at it because it was something wrong. I have been waiting for more than 6 months and nobody has contacted me or came by the house.
