They took forever with the person in front of me .. that person had an ongoing issue and I was there with my two year old just trying to set up a date to switch power from one apt to the other as well as pay their “reconnection fee “ for switching .. I feel some situations should be prioritized more than others especially when close to closing time ..
I was so pleased at the way the BOPW handled the restoration of the power outage that occurred due to the storm on Sunday. Their efforts were exceptional and professional. I have been a customer for almost 40 years and with the storms and the way we were taken care of, I give them an A+. Thank you for your service.
Says I have till September 10th to catch up on my payment that was the only email/message with any date on it next thing I know my power gets cut off August 18th and then they tell me they can't do anything about it besides take my money?? I got kids yall should be shut down
Very nice lady at the drive through window. She was professional and very helpful. I really appreciate bpw and thanks for a great experience.
