Incompetence is a job requirement to work here. Unfortunately you’re forced to use his sham of a power company since they have domain over the area. I will be filing complaints with the the PSC and pursuing every civil avenue available to me. You don’t disconnect someone’s power without notifying them and then hanging up on them when the customer has proof of a processing payment.
Thanks to the crews that were out working long hours to get our power restored. You guys always come through and it is appreciated.
