The medical staff, especially the doctor, is polite and helpful, but the administration is extremely disorganized. I never had the surgery I needed because they delayed sending the paperwork to the insurance. By the time they acted—only after I kept calling—I had already started working and couldn’t proceed. Now I need a prescription, and even after doing the required blood test over a week ago and calling multiple times, they still haven’t sent it to the pharmacy. Very frustrating experience

Dr. Sarte is great at his practice however his team does a consistently poor job of responding to phone calls, returning them and voicemails and keeping their patients updated on authorizations or if there are any problems with them. This lack of speed and attention severely affects the recovery outcome of patients with time sensitive injuries that need to be seen and be taken care of as soon as possible. I hope Dr. Sarte decides to look into this extremely important aspect of the job as well.
Richard Sarte is a great doctor. Sadly his front office is a mess. They don’t call back or answer the phone even if you leave a message. Once I got through to the front office lady on the phone and she was rude and unprofessional stating if my foot wasn’t falling off then I needed to wait for her to call me back and she never called me back so I went to another doctor with better service.
