Waited an hour in the treatment room before being seen. No acknowledgment of my wasted time or apology. Situation was made worse because I could hear her personal conversations, staff meeting etc in the hallway. So obviously no urgency if respect for patients. She also took a personal call in the treatment room. For me, this lack of respect means I won’t be back.
Terrible place,I went there for toe nail fungus and all the nurse did was clip my toe Nails and sent me on my way,more than once on every appointment this place should be investigated smells like fraud always a packed office waiting room but they give shitty service just to get the money in
The wait time is horrible. Dr. Angelini also kept having me make follow up appointment after follow up appointment at $60 a visit, plus other bills that were mailed to my home after the fact for “procedures.” The procedures in question were her treating a corn as a wart… found that out after I went to a different doctor who told me Dr. Angelini was incorrect. Nothing she prescribed worked and I ended up going to a dermatologist who fixed all my issues. Do not bother going here
I went here for an ingrown toenail removal. Doctor Angelini and the staff were very nice. However, that is the only positive praise I have. For both the procedure and the follow-up appointment, I waited 1.5 - 2 hours to be seen. The waiting room was packed each time. They clearly overbook patients, and I even overheard a conversation from 2 stressed front office staff members confirming this.
