Sadly, I will never visit this establishment again. Our experience started with the owner arrogantly questioning one of our orders. Her demeanor was condescending from the start. Then, she stopped the class twice and stared at my mother for once, silently asking us a question and twice, for starting to hammer before she was supposed to. I’ve attempted to give this place a second chance but after attending 2 classes with the same instructor, I am highly disappointed with the professionalism at this establishment. I’m not a local, so I am especially disappointed that the instructor/owners approach to teaching the classes was dismissive and not suitable for all experience levels. Carey- I’m sure that this review isn’t a surprise to you. While our experience may not be the “norm,” it was unacceptable and worthy of bringing to your attention yet again. The rudeness and overall inconsideration that you treated our family with last night is appalling. This is my fourth? Or fifth time back here. It’s my favorite birthday activity and really fun for any reason. The lady who runs it is amazing and very helpful (but also soooooo funny!!) The projects that I make here are my favorite decor in my house. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and will continue to visit every year. Love love love it!!

We had a great time creating our masterpieces. Carey was so kind and helpful and had so much patience. She said she truly loves what she does, and it definitely shows! This will not be my 1st and last visit. Im already planning a day out with my sis again to create a Christmas piece.
