Terrible service! Empty Saturday morning no one at the register. Ordered online said it would take 20 minutes….ended up taking 30 minutes. The girl at the counter eventually showed up acknowledged there were items ahead of mine. Ok cool. I continue to sit and when she bags one of the orders proceeds to walk by my table instead of handing it to me. Doesn’t even let me know it’s mine…and makes me go check the online pickup station. Do better.
Great place for a quick bite and a brew. The sandwiches and salads 🤌🏾. I highly recommend the Cobb and pastrami. Happy beers are good prices too!
Coen provided outstanding service at Board & Brew today. He was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better with his positive attitude and quick service. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. The food was great, but Coen’s hospitality really stood out. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had! Thanks again, Coen!
Board & Brew Scripps Ranch never disappoints! The sandwiches are always fresh, generously portioned, and the Secret Sauce is just as good as everyone says. A huge thank you to Zoe for her amazing customer service! She was incredibly welcoming, fast, and made sure our order was perfect. 10/10!
It’s 3:07pm and they would NOT honor Happy Hour for beer. There is a sign under the menu saying “Everyday” 3Pm-6Pm. Manager comes over, asked the cashier what the normal prices is… does an EMPLOYEE Discount which takes like a dollar off, doesn’t say anything to me, then walks away. Pretty pathetic experience. Never ever coming again. I could take a picture of the sign and be a Karen but there is no point to stoop to their level. I’d rather just never ever come to any board n brew ever again.
