I received such great service today from the woman at the cash register, her name was Nani, I think. It was a breath of fresh air to get good service these days.
I work with Libette on a monthly order for my company's monthly luncheon. We have multiple sandwich choices and even more dietary restrictions to accommodate and Libette always does an amazing job making sure all boxes are labelled correctly. Her and Marlon do a great job with delivery - they arrive early and always have a good attitude and help with any order changes. We usually have an order of 160 - 180 half sandwiches and Libette is always responsive and helpful. Great team to work with!
I pick up a sandwhich here once a week, sometimes two. This location is really going downhill. The food is coming out sloppy and the service is getting really bad. Not to mention the price increases over the last few months. Sandwhiches and beer should be pretty fool-proof.
