Customer service is terrible. Employees are allowed to drink on the job probably because management is never around.
So insanely loud. Football game at max volume plus music at full volume made it insanely difficult to hear the lady helping me. People siting on the floor outside asking for food, made me feel a little uncomfortable when I was walking in to pick up my order. Had to wait outside for my order since it was so loud
Crew was so friendly Loved the food ( Baja beef) sauce was great. Great combo. Price is fair as well
Had an awesome experience at Board & Brew! The service was fantastic—fast, friendly, and super welcoming. The bartenders were especially great, creating a fun and relaxed vibe. The sandwiches and salads were incredibly fresh and full of flavor—definitely made with quality ingredients. Perfect spot for a casual meal with great energy. Can’t wait to go back!
