Great location
I JUST LOVE my Board 30 classes. They're a complete body workout in 30 to 45 minutes. It's sort of addicting. I have always hated exercising, but I really look forward to my board 30 classes now. I'm up to two times a week and thinking about adding a third.
The process of online registration was very user friendly! The staff is very welcoming and other students as well are friendly. A quick orientation was given before class on how to use equipment. The class was so much fun! Will definitely be back.
Went there a week ago on class pass. It was a fun workout. Perfect for all fitness levels as they really do a good job accommodating specific needs. Also seems like a good recovery workout to get moving again. They are really nice there too. Try it!
Went to the intro class and had a great time while getting in a good low impact workout.
