I have been going to Dr Boak for years and she is absolutely wonderful to me and my family.
I have been using Dr Fiona Boak/Sloan for the past 15 or so years and have been 100% satisfied with her service and her professional and accurate assessment of my vision and recommendations for glasses and contacts. 100% satisfaction with Fiona Boak. A wonderful eye doctor who takes time to explain any medical issues in a way that is easy to understand.
I was quite impressed with the level of both professional expertise and customer service. I was expecting to just do simple reading of charts to see what lens strengths I need now in my bifocals. My exam included visual fields and retina imaging in addition to ocular pressure, all with up-to-date devices. Knowledgeable of options for me to choose from that will help me see at the various distances the materials I work with are located.
