This is Christie Sanders. I knew Doctor Wang was the perfect Doctor for me the first time I met him. I was so scared of the unknown after my aggressive breast cancer diagnosis. Dr. Wang explained the treatment plan in detail to my husband and I and addressed all of our questions and concerns. I felt totally safe in his care and trusted him with my life. He is the most amazing Dr. He has treated my mom through her long road of cancer.
I am very glad that many people have had a good experience with Dr. Wang. However, after our initial appointment, my spouse opted to switch to a different oncologist. A lot of the information given to us at the initial appointment (e.g. side effects of chemo) were actually incorrect and had to be clarified better by a nurse afterwards. Dr. Wang was also not very understanding of acute phobias and had a somewhat condescending and defensive attitude in response to simple questions from my spouse.
