Highly recommended! I had a 60-minute massage with Bo last Friday, and it really relieved my severe neck and back pain — truly a lifesaver for someone with a sedentary lifestyle. Bo also shared some helpful exercise tips tailored to my specific issues. Bo is very professional, patient, and polite. Bo has been working with me for a long time to help with my constant myofascial pain (shoulders and neck) as well as to help with calf and forearm tightness. I have a chronic illness that aggravates things and Bo does an amazing job of focusing on problem areas without over doing it. I've had other massage therapists who put too much pressure or got over zealous and caused more issues than I already had. Bo was amazing at giving deep therapeutic relaxation massage. I booked a 90 minute session and during the entire session his technique was consistent and relaxing. I like strong pressure during massage and he used a strong pressure throughout the session. I highly recommend getting a scalp/face massage.
