Let OBSERVATION take precedence over EXPECTATION
Service was exceptionally slow. We waited almost 45 minutes to pay. It’s not busy today. I’m also disappointed that I was expecting dim sum as it says that they offer that but it wasn’t available. The dumplings I tried to order (from the list on the menu) are apparently only offered at a different location. I may try one of the other locations if I come back to KC but not this one.
The food was great and I want you to give Taylor (our waiter) an “Atta-Boy”!!! He was timely, professional & we never had to look for him. He anticipated our need before we could make a request. I appreciate & TIP even better for service like that. When there again, I’ll ask for Taylor! 🙌🏽

I grew up just outside San Francisco eating good Chinese food, so I am always wonder what I will get when I travel, this was very good.
Great service. I have Celiac Disease and asked for a gluten free menu, and they were happy to give me one. They have a few items on their menu that I could eat, and when you have to be careful, it’s awesome to at least have options. I had the cashew shrimp and was pleased when I didn’t get sick. The staff was very patient and informative. I appreciate their kindness and carefulness.
