Hands down to Mr. Bo Koenig He’s such a great attorney for dui and criminal defense. I hired him back in 2023 for a CDL driver dui case involving hit and run , bodily injury felony charges. After the arrest and suspension of my driver license I didn’t know what to do. So after a couple weeks after the accident I received a letter from the dmv and from a law firm called B&D , filing a law suit against me and my insurance company. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone who is looking for real support and aggressive representation. In the beginning, he presents himself as responsive and professional, but once he officially takes on your case, communication becomes minimal. He only reaches out when a court date is approaching, and even then, it’s last-minute and unhelpful.In court, he lacks assertiveness and rarely advocates strongly on your behalf.
