Crazy part about this office is that you tell there front staff that you came earlier due to being in pain and they make you wait till your actual appointment time, you can literally be bleeding and they will ask you to take a seat. Oh the best part none of them have name tags to know who or even if you want to filed a complaint against there front you don't know who's who, from my previous experience running a front office you can ask the doctor or even an assistant but no because they don't have compassion for others. Excellent physician based on my experience as her patient. She is sincere and provides good assessments on management of health concerns and conditions. Recommend Dr. Deng highly.
used to be a good doctor but she is completely different than before when I’ve seen her. she didn’t remember me after our history of 5 visits in 1 year. I’d look elsewhere for a doctor.
One of the best doctors in LA
This has nothing to do with the doctor. It basically is the front office staff. We were a little late, and I had 2 appointments one for my wife and me. They said my wife could see the doctor but not me. I asked if they could switch and let me do the paperwork by the time the doctor is examining my wife. But they just couldn't do it. When I called to book the appointment they told me they will be giving a reminder call a day before which never happened. Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff.
