Ben was an absolute pleasure to business with and he and Mike were resolute in making sure that my wife and I were completely happy with the end result. They sanded and stained our floor and it was done with incredible care and cleanliness. The floor looks wonderful and beyond our expectations. They also had one of the least expensive estimates with no hidden costs. You will not be disappointed!
This is my second time using BNZ. They do amazing work. Ben is a super friendly guy who knows what hes doing. His staff is just as friendly and knowledgeable. The work quality is above and beyind expectations. Very clean and thorough from start to finish. The floors I had done a while back have held up and still look like new, even in the high traffic areas the floors show almost zero wear. We put in new hardwood floors in the family room, eating area, and kitchen, replacing brick. It was a difficult job and they did an outstanding job. It was obvious from the start that they knew exactly what they were doing. They included all the little extras to make the job beautiful. I am very particular and was very pleased. I would use them again in a second! Highly recommended. the men are clean, friendly and polite.
