Definitely trash ass company to get your 401j through and nobody cashes these checks idk imma have to call my corporate office and let them know how this is working out because this is ludicrous and as I’m reading the comments i wouldn’t dare come to this bank and argue about something that belongs to me
I’m currently dealing with this fraudulent bank because the company I work for pushes their 401(k) through them. I never had to talk to some of the rudest and most inconsiderate people about MY money in my life. If your company uses this “bank” for your 401(k) DON’T DO IT!!! You’ll be better off starting your own at home banking system than to deal with them. They’ll do everything they can to try and keep from giving you YOUR money, even if it’s just a percentage of your OWN investment.
