Very professional
Fantastic office, fantastic dentist and hygenist! Do great work, explain everything well, very friendly, and take appointments on time!
I am not a good patient, and was dreading the cleaning. Lisa was superb! I did not feel a thing.The mouthguard is another matter. I left the office under the impression that the device had been paid for and all was in order. Yesterday I learned that the claim had not been authorized by Cigna - and would not be acted on for three weeks. Further, my Flexpsend provider may not honor the co-payment. So I may end up with debt and no device.
The doctors are friendly and do work quickly and thoroughly. They will advise what is and is not necessary to have done. My fillings have help up extremely well, both functionally and aesthetically.
