Efficient, courteous and informed. A nice experience in its entirety.
Friendly, easyOne request would be to include in text message reminders which office to go to - seems no matter which one I choose, it's always the other I have to go to. It's not a huge deal to walk around the corner, but would just be nice to know in advance.
Staff is always awesome. Made jokes with receptionist. Got X-rays done easily. Good chat with Jeff. Super clean teeth afterward. Only there for a half hour total. Keep doing your thing, you're awesome. Recommended friends recently they liked you guys too!
Hygienist and dentist were excellent. Would give 5 stars except initial reception (for my first visit) was disinterested and not particularly welcoming. Other than that, first rate.
Helen is always great. She's why I keep coming back.
Dr. Jha was very clear and concise on what needed to be done. Wasn't expecting to stay for surgery (was told it was a "consult" when I made the appt. so I hadn't planned on that) but she was lovely and helped me set up an appointment in a couple weeks.

Excellent Customer Service. Dentist are the best in their field. I never had any problems in the 12 years I have been going their office.
As usual, my latest dental problem was taken care of by Dr. Sacks in a very professional manner. He is alsoa very kind man.
