One professional addressed me by name. The last time I was treated by him was at least 3 years ago. Even if he needed to look up my name or inquire of someone, I appreciated the effort and intent!
Hands down the best hygienist I've ever had. She was knowledgeable, gentle yet thorough, and professional.
