Never use this logistics company. They are incompetent at what they are supposed to do for you. As a logistics company they are supposed to ensure they have all the documents for your shipment ready when the shipment lands in port. We as consumers rely on logistics companies to handle our port to port activity for us. This has not happened in my instance. My advice is to not use this company for your importing/exporting needs.
