This review is regarding Dr. Brandon Tross. My family member had been struggling with issues for quite some time and it was difficult navigating getting a proper evaluation and course of action. Dr. Tross was very professional, kind, and knowlegable. He was able to communicate and connect with his client to get her to engage in a meaningful manner. Everything about Boston Neuropsych was an excellent experience. The staff are amazing. Elaine DeGeorge managed the administrative process smoothly and seamlessly from scheduling to insurance to follow-up. Dr. Pinto, our assigned psychologist, wrote a comprehensive, detailed, 13 page report, spent an hour with our family explaining her findings, and offered to meet with the nursing care team where my sister is a resident to further guide them on how best to communicate with her to assure she understood the staff.
