I recently asked permission to park my truck behind the pool, but Jaime refused, claiming it was due to being considered commercial. I’m very satisfied with this company’s service. They are very responsible and have always responded quickly whenever I’ve had any emergencies. As for payments, I’ve never had any issues—everything has been clear and well organized. Also, the young lady who has assisted me has been very kind and always willing to help. You can really see their commitment to their tenants. I highly recommend their services.
I’ve lived in an apartment managed by BNR for nearly two years, and it’s been a very positive experience. Alex and the BNR team have always been highly responsive whenever any issues came up in the apartment, addressing concerns quickly and efficiently.
