BNR management was easy and wonderful to work with. I was able to book a viewing on the apartment the same day, the application process was quick and straightforward. They had an answer to me the very next morning and move in was easy. We lived on the apartment almost two years and BNR was always easy to communicate with and work with. I’ve rented from many companies and BNR was by far the best to work with.
BNR Management, and specifically Alex, was wonderful to work with the last two years as we rented a house in Takoma Park. He was always responsive, even during off hours, quick to problem solve, and understanding of our needs. The entire process of renting with BNR was seamless and I would high recommend them as a management company whether you are needing to rent a property in safe hands or you are the renter and know that you'll be looked after during your residency!
We have been working with BNR for many years and are very happy with their service. Alex is very professional. He always responds promptly to every issues, and communicates clearly. He handles everything quickly and professionally. We never worry about our property when we travel for long time. Highly recommend.
I want to support this resident who finally spoke up @caminosnuevos. I’m a dump truck driver myself and asked for permission to park my vehicle behind the pool. Jaime outright refused, claiming it was because my truck is considered commercial. Yet, I’ve seen a red commercial dump truck with a CDL Class B license parked there for nearly a week without any issues or objections from Jaime. I recently asked permission to park my truck behind the pool, but Jaime refused, claiming it was due to being considered commercial. However, I've witnessed a red commercial dump truck with a CDL Class B license parked in the same area for almost a week with no issues. It's difficult to understand Jaime's motives, but it appears to be a blatant case of favoritism.
