Great service and even better work! I had a RED candle spill wax on my living room carpet and didn't notice for a few hours until it was dried into the carpet. I called a few local carpet cleaners, and BnK Chem-Dry had the best customer service and was the best priced. Plus Chris was so kind and helpful - he even went out of his way to come within a couple hours of me calling even though they were fully booked.
