First time home owner. I was referred by my Realtor through ERA Amanda Wilson. I get very nervous when it comes to dealing with companies, and have alot of trust issues when it comes to bussinesses from past exsperiences, but i have to say this was an overall great exsperience the office ladies were so patient and nice when it came to questions and making me feel comfortable. We couldn't be happier with our experience! Shawn took the time to explain all of our HVAC system options, but more importantly, he truly listened to what we wanted instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need. Isaac and his coworker were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, respectful of our home, and their attention to detail was exceptional. My service technician, Eli, who had come to my house before is excellent. He is very polite, knowledgeable about the units and thorough in his diagnostic services. He helped me again today figure out my new ecobee thermostat and settings as well as cleaned out my air conditioner. I would highly recommend Eli for your technician at BNG!!

BNG did a great job with our house and solving any issues that arose! I highly recommend them’
