I purchased a very expensive Kohler whole house generator from BNG in September of 2024. The installation was not completed to professional standards. When I brought it to their attention in October of 2024 I was told in person they would finish the job. A year has passed and several phone calls and emails go unanswered. I've been using BNG for years and they have always been great. I signed up for regular service and they'll call me and remind me when they're coming out to service my furnace or AC unit. The technicians they send out have all been genuinely pleasant people. They have always been very easy to talk to and get along with and also as professional as I expect. The latest technician they sent out was Ken and he was as professional and approachable as the rest of them.

Leaving this for my grandmother, Phyllis. BNG took care of her with a new AC unit and she could not be happier with the service and had an excellent experience. Thanks guys!
