About 1 mo. ago, my air conditioner went out. It isn’t even a year old. I called the BnG since they were the ones that installed it. They came out and said the compressor was out. There are three other other ones sitting along side with mine. They said it was probably due to a power surge. The estimate was high, and my mistake was getting another estimate. Great work replacing our air conditioner and furnace! The team was professional, well-prepared, and careful throughout the installation. The service call was excellent as well. We are very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend them!

If you want AMAZING customer service, BNG is where it's at. From scheduling to getting the job done, it was the best customer service we have had. Thank you BNG for your top customer service and a big Thank You for the 2 young men I think their names were Isacc and Jacob that installed the AC unit and Furnace 😊❤️They were the best 🤠

BNG and Steve were awesome! Quick response. We did a whole house generator. They worked with us to decide the better product and price point. Install was fast and all went as expected. Very happy with their customer service and communication. Nice touch on the thank you from them, too!
