BNF is five stars all the way. Erin communicates, quick to respond and takes good care of others properties. She is professional and we love dealing with Erin. As an owner of a plumbing company we deal with many Mngt companies so I have a lot to compare to and Erin sits high on my list.

I am responding directly to the 1 Star review by Patrick Van De Wille. This is an unfair and inaccurate representation of what transpired. Erin was the property manager for a very brief time prior to our moving out. We had been at that property for 4+ years and were excellent tenants. We made a direct request to the owner (Mr Van De Ville) while the previous property manager was overseeing the property and prior to leaving.
