Hands down my favorite workout spot! I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and the classes are always top tier. The instructors bring great energy, the workouts are super effective (especially for lower body and glutes), and the atmosphere is just unmatched. Highly recommend!
I’ve been coming to Bunda for the past 3 weeks, and I absolutely love it! 🤩 It’s the perfect combination of cardio and strength training, all in just 50 minutes. With a busy schedule, I love being able to get an effective workout without having to spend hours at the gym. Went to try out the person Forrest location after being invited via Instagram to join for a comp session and to invite a friend. Getting signed up someone took care of that where I didn’t book online. I was advised to arrive early being a new guest. I ensure to plan extra time leaving my house at 4:40pm when class was at 5:30. We arrived at the studio before 5:30 and was advised we couldn’t check in and would have to be rebooked because we didn’t do orientation. I’ve been a member for one year and counting, I absolutely love it!! You’ll definitely notice a change in your body. I’ve gotten so strong. This is the strongest I’ve ever been in my life.I highly recommend!
I’m new to Bunda and have REALLY been enjoying it! JD is an amazing instructor and keeps everyone on their toes! He’s helpful to beginners like myself and made me feel really comfortable in what my strengths were! Amazing workout this morning, thanks to JD!
