I love Bunda! I highly recommend it. Strength training and stairs. It’s such a great workout. Alex is my girl I’ve been going since they opened in November 2025. Give it a try.
I tried this class through ClassPass this past Wednesday, and I will tell you guys Alex will kick your butt or your Bunda for sure. It’s very clean in there. The front desk associate, Kyla, was very sweet and informative, especially for this being a 530 am class; people were awake and nice. Now, the workout is taxing, but if you push through, it’s pretty decent. Music playlist was amazing too. I would for sure come back just after my soreness goes away. Haha
Kyla & Alex B provided an amazing first time experience. It was hard waking up for a 5:30 am class, but it definitely was worth it. The facility was clean & the vibes were nice. I would definitely recommend & visit again!
Hands down one of the best group fitness classes I’ve ever done! The half StairMaster, half weight training format is unique and incredibly effective. Leaves me sweaty, energized, and feeling strong every single time. Don’t hesitate to book a class! From the second you walk into BÜNDA, the front desk staff and trainers make you feel incredibly welcome.
