If you want a place with amazing trainers, friendly staff, unmatched community, real results and positivity every time you walk through the door this is absolutely the spot. This cute little gym is so special 🥹 it’s in one of the oldest buildings in Pasadena and has so much charm. The programming, music, and coaching make working out so enjoyable. Trainers also help with macros and learning proper nutrition based on goals which you never find in a group fitness studio. Absolute must try ❤️
In all my years of doing group fitness I have never been properly coached in strength training until I showed up to Bunda..These instructors are the real deal and the workout program itself is top notch for building strength and losing body fat. Best part tho---come for the training but keep coming back for the awesome community!!
