I want to share my experience with Key Realty and the property manager I dealt with . Based on my experience, I would never recommend renting through them. I was treated with disrespect from the beginning, and every interaction felt unnecessarily difficult. The company was great to us but this worker Her name is Jessica James. She is a very rude and disrespectful employee she not reasonable she puts rent out earlier then what’s it need to be me and my wife tried catching up on rent and we even had a plan to make rent current she gave us a 3 day notice to kick us out and still want money even tho we could of been squared with her if she would of accepted the check for rental assistance. I cannot stress enough how disappointing and unacceptable my experience has been with this property management company. As a property owner, I hired a management company to protect my investment, communicate issues, and proactively address concerns before they became larger problems.
