No online payment options, quick to tack on extra fines for late balances. Finally received a call back to determine our balance, told them we were getting the funds arranged. Without a stated deadline, or another phone call, they turned my balance over to collections and added $150 in "legal fees" to call collections. When you couldn't even call us? Does not feel like a local organization that cares about their community.
Minimal effort to reach out before adding huge fees. No calls. No warning, no stated deadline before contacting a collection agency, just BOOM, I owe more. Like magic. Then I have "selective memory" when I explain my case. If you guys are able to call collections, you could have called me. Absolutely ridiculous to treat members of your own community with so little compassion. $150 "LEGAL" fees for a late payment? $150 to call collections while failing to call me even once, and warn me that collections was being involved?
