Had an appointment to get a new prescription for glasses. The professional staff (the tech, person showing me the low vision aids, and the person helping me pick glasses were lovely. Very professional and provided excellent service. I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's name. But the woman at the front desk right as you walk in was extremely rude to me. Very great experience! Doctor was so nice and told me exactly what’s wrong with my eyes. Then, I was able to order glasses right there on the spot.
