I had a trailer blowout around 6 PM on a Saturday, and B&N Truck Service & Roadside Assistance came through big time. The owner was incredibly responsive, arrived in under 30 minutes, and got me taken care of quickly. On top of that, the pricing was very fair—especially for an emergency situation. I highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with a roadside emergency and will definitely be using them again in the future.

He was very honest and transparent in his findings regarding the issues with the truck, including the airline leak affecting the brakes, the transmission concerns, and the electrical/code-related issues. There was no question regarding his honesty in reporting these matters. Many of the concerns were determined to be an easy fix by him. Throughout the process, he remained professional, worked diligently to resolve the problems, and successfully we were able to get back on the road.

We are not local to Piedmont but have went down twice in the area. Both times we had wonderful experiences. They are quick and reasonably priced. The mechanic is very knowledgeable and even fixed an issue 3 mechanics could not figure out. Our most recent issue was a bad TCM. Bubba and his wife had us back on the road in 24hrs. They have our future business!
