Very unprofessional care provided by my Primary Care doctors assistant during yearly follow up. Assistant (whom I have never met before) entered the room without stating name or title and began berating me with questions regarding my medical condition and needs for FMLA documentation. Assistant spoke to me in a condescending tone with little regard for my extensive medical history with this condition causing me to feel shame and very little trust in the healthcare system.
