3/20 - Could you please take down the yellow and gray container with the balcony. I am the property owner and worked with this architect on my plans. Unfortunately, my experience has been very frustrating. Several contractors reviewing the plans have told me there are details missing or unclear for construction, such as the carport, patio, and balcony areas. I highly recommend BN Architect & Associates for attentive and accurate site planning. Benjamin made our experience so easy, even as our city passed ADU ordinance changes mid-plan.
