O'Neil's were great, it was in a pinch and they took the call late on a Friday. They were at the house early on Saturday morning and fixed the issues immediately. The technician was great to deal with and his communication was great. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They serviced the Buckhorn area which can be tougher to find reliable hvac companies. Thank you so much!
Murphy's law says things will fail at the worst possible time. How bout an incoming storm and you have no heat? Adam came in and saved the day by correcting wiring from a previous contractor. Bang! Problem solved. Great service. Highly recommended.
Spoke with Andrea and Scott over the phone, arranged for appointment next day to assess furnace No showed, with no call
Full disclosure, I am friends with Scott and Andrea and of course called them when my A/C broke and because I’m in a similar business that is very seasonal I was not expecting a call back as quick as I did. I sure as heck was not expecting them to get it fixed the same day. They did though and I appreciated it very much. Old fashioned service which is sadly lacking these days.
