The worst customer service I’ve received at bmw. I own a bmw 335i, a bmw m4 and bmw. Taking my vehicles to other dealers has never been an issue. After purchasing my new s1000rr I found out there were 2 safety recall issues for the brakes so I tried to get scheduled in. For 2 weeks after calling 5+ times I’ve been getting the run around that the service manager Andrew was going to call me and that they escalated the situation yet still haven’t received a call back. Had a great experience with this dealer. Clarence was excellent to deal with—patient, professional, and easygoing. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was clear, without any pressure. Straight shooter, knows his stuff, and handles things properly. Solid experience overall. I’d definitely recommend asking for Clarence.
